Sleep
One of the most important things for a
healthy mind and body is getting adequate sleep. Sleep allows your body

your home environment. Every time you return home and when you have touched
other people, animals or objects such as money, keyboards handles and taps.

eye’s or nose, so you need to be aware that they need to be looked after and
kept clean.
